Links of London Testimony Love Story

Reading enriches the mind.

Last week I went to my friends Jane and Black’s wedding and I was deeply impressed by the whole ceremony. The wedding was hold on the lawn of their backyard. Simple as it was, the whole arrangement was rather cozy and unique.

The white carpet lied on the green grass, and the white chair binded the bowknot laid down the two sides of the carpet. When the wedding song began to sing, the bride start to walk gradually from the end of the carpet to the front desk. In a white bridal veil, and with a bouquet in her hands, the bride made her big entrance with the Links of London necklace.

The Links of London necklace which the bridegroom had given to her as a love token, had special significance to her. After they made the vow of wedding, a dog run to them with a basket holding between its teeth. And their wedding rings were just in this basket.

Looking at Jane's happy look, I thought of the hardness they had experienced. Jane and Black were high school classmates, and they went to different universities, but they went back to hometown after graduation without any pre-appointment. They met again and fell in love. At that time, Jane was a teacher, but Black was only a salesman and he was not better off. With the encouragement from Jane, Black worked hard. Later he bought Jane a Links of London jewelry with the first wage after being promoted. Then they walked on mutual support for seven years, had overcame many difficulties, and finally got married. Jane said, it was just the beginning, the necklace of Links of London would also witness the long road of their future.
